Refund Policy

Level Up Sec is committed to ensuring your success and making sure you have a positive experience. The following details our refund policy in the event you're not happy with the service you receive.

New Clients

In order to make sure you will get the most from our tutoring sessions, I provide all new clients with a free 30 minute intake session. We may or may not use all of this time. This intake session allows us to get to know each other, understand your goals, and make sure I can provide you with the help you're looking for.

Assuming you decide to proceed, you'll need to submit payment once we've completed the intake. As part of your New Client package, you'll receive one free 30 minute tutoring session so you can better decide if my tutoring will meet your needs. If you decide you don't wish to continue, you'll receive a full refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for the full cost of the session.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule any appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments re-scheduled within 24 hours will be considered the same as a cancellation and you are responsible for the full cost of the service.

Partial Refunds

If you purchased a package of sessions and decide you don't want to use the remainder, I offer a partial refund for all unused time. I don't provide refunds for any completed sessions.
